We handle the whole shebang—estate cleanouts, foreclosure cleanouts, eviction cleanouts, hoarding situations, and general junk removal. Basically, if you've got a property that needs to go from "oh god why" to "okay, this is manageable," we're your people. Residential, commercial, doesn't matter. We've seen it all and we don't judge.

Yeah, and we approach them with compassion, not judgment. Hoarding disorder is real and it's rough. We've worked with families going through this and we know it's sensitive. We work at whatever pace makes sense, we're respectful of the person's stuff (even if it looks like garbage to everyone else), and we can coordinate with therapists or social workers if that's part of the plan.

We do a basic broom-sweep situation—get the big chunks, make it not look like a disaster zone. If you need deep cleaning (like, scrubbing walls, shampooing carpets, that kind of thing), we can either handle it for an additional fee or recommend someone who specializes in that.

Cash, check, credit card, carrier pigeon with a sack of gold coins—okay not that last one, but we're pretty flexible. We usually want payment when the job's done, but for bigger projects we might do a deposit upfront. We'll talk through all that when we quote your job.
